WASHINGTON STATE CONVENTION CENTER

Strategic planning, interlocal agreement negotiation, procurements, GC/CM construction contracting, and claims management for the $1.8 Billion expansion of the Washington State Convention Center, creating over 6,000 construction jobs and 3,900 new service industry jobs.

PORT OF EVERETT MODERNIZATION AND MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT

Planning and construction contracting guidance for Port of Everett’s seaport modernization and new Waterfront Place featuring 1.5 million square foot mixed-use development, a world class marina with over 2,300 slips and more than 5,000 linear feet of guest dock space, 63,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 447,500 square feet of offices, two hotels, 20,000 square feet of marine retail, and 660 waterfront homes, including apartments, condominiums, and town homes/lofts.

SAMUEL SIMMONDS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

Negotiated Federal Title V funding, procurements, construction contracting, and claims management to create the new $165 Million hospital and wellness center for the Arctic Slope Native Association in Barrow, Alaska, serving the villages of Anaktuvuk Pass, Atqasuk, Kaktovik, Nuiqsut, Point Hope, Point Lay, Utqiaġvik, and Wainwright.

BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE

Securing federal grant funding, planning and management of construction programs, and negotiation of leases and co-location agreements with global telecommunications providers for Tribal 5G broadband and telecommunications systems.

TRI-CITIES AIRPORT

Strategic planning and GC/CM contracting management for the $41.9 Million expansion of the largest regional airport in the inland Pacific Northwest, doubling the size of the terminal capacity and creating 450 new jobs.

CHAMBERS CREEK WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY

Construction contracting and compliance management for $342 Million expansion and upgrade of regional clean water facility, increasing capacity by 50 percent to 44 million gallons per day.

SNOHOMISH AQUATIC CENTER

Governmental coordination and securing of support funding for $22 million public school district Aquatic Center, providing year-round athletic competitions, public wellness programs, and recreation for students, local families, seniors, and tourists.

SCHOOLS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

Strategic planning, construction contracting, and project administration for the creation of hundreds of millions of dollars of new public and Tribal school facilities, and development of university and high school educational and internship programs to enhance student learning and academic/professional opportunities.

CASINO AND ENTERTAINMENT VENUES

Strategic planning, construction contracting, and project administration for hundreds of millions of dollars of Tribal Casino, entertainment, lodging, and retail facilities throughout the United States.

INDUSTRIAL HEMP AND LEGAL CANNABIS

Creation of the first Native American-owned industrial hemp production company in the State of Oklahoma, and drafting of the first Tribal Hemp Production Code in the United States approved by the USDA under the 2021 final rule for Domestic Hemp Production.

HISTORIC PRESERVATON

Securing of federal grant funding, local government participation, and community support for preservation, restoration, and ADA-compliant accessibility improvements for historic Snohomish Carnegie Library and American Legion Post 96.

HOUSING

Strategic planning, securing funding, construction contracting, and project administration for the creation of hundreds of units of new public and Tribal affordable housing, with connected facilities and services for health care, childcare, and resident wellness.

LODGING AND COMMERCIAL FACILITIES

Planning, financial structuring, permitting, contracting, and administration for creation and renovations of major urban hotel and retail properties, with mixed-use components and tax credit-eligible operations.
