About Guedel Strategic Law
Over his 30+ years of legal practice, Dr. Guedel has served as Chief Legal Officer for corporations, General Counsel for non-profit organizations, Attorney General for Tribal governments, and a Judge Advocate for the United States Army. His work supports organizations with strategic planning, risk management, economic development, financial transactions, regulatory compliance, energy management, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. For his research on Native American economic development, in 2016 Dr, Guedel received the first Ph.D. ever awarded in the 100+ year history of the University of Washington’s Jackson School of International Studies. His research on economic development has been published and cited by leading media sources including The Economist, Bloomberg Business Week, Newsweek, National Public Radio, and numerous international television and multimedia services, and he is the author of the book Strategies and Methods for Tribal Economic Development – Creating Sustainable Prosperity in Native American Communities.
